Thanks to our quality obsessed Tewksbury Mass. factory, a legendary attention to detail, and proven high quality processes, every one of our signs comes with a three-year Gold Warranty: triple what our competitors offer on their standard warranties!

Metro Sign & Awning’s Gold Warranty warrants all products that it manufactures or supplies for a period of three years from the date of installation except for signage consumables (e.g., lamps, ballasts, power supplies, transformers and neon) that have a 1 year warranty.

If any of our product fails within the three years, Metro Sign will replace or repair the product at no cost to the customer. This warranty includes material and labor costs related to the product failure only, however.

Five Year, “Bumper-to-Bumper” Warranty

For an additional cost, we also offer an optional five-year Platinum Warranty package, providing additional change and expense protection for our customers. The five-year warranty makes sign ownership hassle and worry-free, with its “bumper-to-bumper” coverage:

• Expense protection – every part of the sign is covered, including consumables such as light bulbs.
• Change protection – meaning if you choose to change your sign over the five years, Metro will apply a pro-rated portion of your original investment to your new sign or awning.
