Types of Wraps

Metro offers three types of wraps:

  • Vinyl graphics, which allow the application of logos and graphics which we design, cut, and apply to different parts of the vehicle — like the door or tailgate
  • Half wraps, which envelop either the front or back half of the vehicle and carry a lower price point than a full wrap to install
  • Full wraps, which cover your vehicle from front to back

Choosing the Right Wrap

Since the characteristics of good wrap design and vehicle advertising are critical for success, Metro recommends these best practices:

  • Start with a great brand identity and logo
  • Choose copy with care — and opt for a minimalist approach that includes the brand, tagline, website, and/or phone number
  • Don’t rely on fills, noisy backgrounds, photos, or glows that create visual clutter — instead, keep it simple, which is more effective and more likely to stand out
  • Think about the takeaway — if someone works too hard to figure out the message, you’ve lost that opportunity — consider emphasizing just one primary message. The old “less is more” adage applies here!

Then, we’ll provide a quote for the design, production, and installation. It takes approximately two to three weeks for us to develop a custom package.
