The receipt of the permit is promptly forwarded to you including acquisition rates listed on the estimate with city fees billed at cost.
Project Management
When it comes to project management, we take care of all the details. We coordinate multi-sign installations in office parks, malls, and institutional properties. We also handle the scheduling of electricians, roofers, and other contractors to be sure your signs are installed on time, on budget, and according to the required specifications.
Our installation process allows for open shop, prevalent and union wages. All of the Metro team members are OSHA trained and certified. We offer prep staging of interior signage for installation including sign schedule and location plan. Our installation process allows either the general contractor to install the project with clearly identified and organized signage for rollout or the Metro team to manage the installation. Our equipment is able to reach hi-rise exterior and complex swing stage for suspended roof and inner-city properties. Our expertise for footer details, fastening to facade and operating equipment allow the installation to run smoothly.
