Project Overview
Metro Sign & Awning project managers worked with the City of Boston and YOTEL developer Boston Global Investors (BGI) for more than a year in advance before it was announced that the unique hotel would open in Boston. From providing material samples for review and approving shop drawings to working to obtain proper permits, Metro’s sales team and project managers handled thousands of details to ensure all signage was in compliance with ADA and city requirements – as well as ideally conveying the Yotel brand throughout the building, all well before the hotel’s grand opening.
