Building Brand Identity: PeopleFluent Exterior Signage

Architectural Signage

PeopleFluent, the leading total workforce Human Capital Management technology company, was founded in 1997. Approaching its 20th “birthday,” it was time for the company to see that its signage was in line with its image and properly conveyed its corporate identity.

PeopleFluent selected Metro Sign & Awning to design and manufacture signs for its Waltham, MA headquarters building.

Channel letters and a bright (yet energy efficient) design combined to provide the bold, clean look and smart image PeopleFluent is recognized for.

Eighty percent of the Fortune 100 relies on PeopleFluent as part of their talent management delivery strategy. MSA was proud to put its talented workforce to work to create the brand-enhancing signage that will take PeopleFluent well into its next two decades.

Design/Build Collaboration = Beautifully Branded Results

Collaborating with a design firm, Metro constructed the signage to ensure the proportion and font / height variation between PeopleFluent’s logo and lettering were spot on. Metro selected white, rather than the purple version of the logo, so the signage would ‘pop’ during the day as well as at night.

The letters are populated with energy efficient LED modules.

Ensuring Safe Installation

Because of the size of the sign (26′ x 5′) and the fact that it was placed high on the building for maximum visibility, safety was an obvious concern during installation.

For that reason, Metro’s technicians worked over the weekend to install the signs in the busy Waltham industrial park, causing no disruption to workday traffic and no inconvenience to the industrial park’s employees and visitors.

Architectural Signage: It’s what you don’t see

Signs are part of our landscape, and sometimes it’s hard to see the forest for the trees. Or vice-versa. Metro has the experience and expertise to make sure that every tree (or sign, in our case) gets the attention it deserves and does the job it needs to do. In this case, the PeopleFluent sign “pops” to get the attention it should, while properly representing the brand and meeting all the signage requirements of the developer in this particular industrial park.
